Our experience with Lisa was, and still is, enjoyable and entertaining.  We first met Lisa at one of her open houses...and right from the beginning she was extremely knowledgeable and had a great personality.  Soon after she began sending us prospect matches and after a few short weeks we found our house, but we knew we had to act fast!!!  Lisa got a showing for us right away, and among multiple ofers we got the house, no doubt due to her years of experience and good rapport with the selling realtor.  Since we are first time buyers she guided us through everything, and was able to refer us to some excellent contacts.  We would recommend to her family and friends in a heartbeat.  We close on January second and can't wait to turn this house into our home!  John & Christy

Lisa...Hi darling.  Even though things didn't work out last night, I feel good.  I feel good for a few reasons: I didn't get into a property that was going to cause me headaches later, I'm fortunate to work with a wonderful agent that isn't pressuring me to buy (ie: may lose a commission cheque), I like that we could walk away without the emotion of the property.  No property should be a must have for me.  It needs to be a business decision and fit into our specific criteria.  Thanks Lisa, I was getting a little worried when we got into the walls, reading the moisture meter.  I wasn't sure how this was going to pan out.  I kind of thought that perhaps there wasn't enough reason to walk away.  When you put all of the problem areas together, the best answer was to walk away.  Thanks for all of your help and I feel confident that you are on my side.  I love working with you.  I feel safe.  I know you wouldn't lead me astray.  Luv Kathy
